Zollner Engineering Center
The Zollner Engineering Center at Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing education in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, life sciences, and technology. Completed in 2024, the $21.5 million expansion & renovation project nearly doubled the center’s size to 70,000 square feet across three levels, housing 28 specialized labs and collaboration spaces.
Building 36
Building 36 at Electric Works in Fort Wayne, Indiana will be a center for HardTech and advanced manufacturing innovation that helps grow local companies by connecting them to university-led research, development, and training. As part of the historical General Electric campus, Building 36 once played a significant part in the manufacturing ecosystem of our region and will once again become an essential cornerstone through the revitalization efforts of Junction 36 and Ancora.
